Procurement of Various Office Equipment for use at La Paz Medicare and Community Hospital - B-G-2019-007-A

Prospective Bidders must have completed a contract similar to the project with the amount of at least 50% of the ABC. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary -œpass/fail- criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the -œGovernment Procurement Reform Act-. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.



Bid documents are available from the date of this advertisement until the opening of bids at the BAC Office, 3rd Floor, Provincial Capitol Building, San Vicente, Tarlac City.



Opening of Bids shall commence at exactly 10:00 A.M. on February 4, 2019 at the Bids and Awards Committee Office. Pre-bid Conference is set on January 21, 2019 at exactly 9:00 A.M. at the Bids and Awards Committee Office.



Interested bidders should submit their duly accomplished bid proposals to the BAC Secretariat not later than 10:00 A.M. on the date of opening of bids. Bid form/s shall be paid directly to the Provincial Treasurer-s Office in the amount of P 1, 000.00 for Lot 1 and P 500.00 for Lot 2. Payment of bid form/s is not refundable.



All other matters not specified herein shall be governed by pertinent provisions of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the -œGovernment Procurement Reform Act-.



Government reserves the right to reject any or all bids waive minor defect contained herein; and accept the offer most advantageous to the Government.
