INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID



The Local Government Unit of Alicia, Zamboanga Sibugay, through the BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE (BAC), invites suppliers/bidders to apply for eligibility and to bid for the RHU uses WITH THE APPROVED BUDGET OF ONE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED NINETEEN PESOS (P1, 760, 119.00) at Poblacion, Alicia Zamboanga Sibugay.



Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures specified in the Revised IRR of RA 9184, otherwise known as the -œGovernment Procurement Reform Act. All particulars relative to Eligibility, Bid Bond, Performance Bond, Pre Bid Conference, Bid Evaluation, Post Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the provision of this act.

All eligible bidders must submit their duly accomplished Price proposals (1st

Envelop-Technical Proposal and 2nd envelope-Financial Proposal bids at the BAC Office, Alicia, Zamboanga Sibugay on August 20, 2018 at 2:00PM and must be accompanied by Bid Security of 2% if cash from the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC).



The LGU, Alicia, Zamboanga Sibugay assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidder for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bid.
