1. The Presidential Communications Office through the 2024 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Nineteen Thousand Two Hundred Twenty Pesos (PHP 919, 220.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot for the project: Procurement of Various Health and Sanitary Essentials and Other Equipment for the Presidential Communications Office [Procurement/Contract No. 2024-PCO-033]. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The PCO now invites bids for the above procurement project. Supply and Delivery of the Goods and services shall be in accordance with Section VI. Schedule of Requirements, and Section VII.
