Tenders are invited for Procurement of UPS (Rack mount), UPS (Desktop),
Procurement of UPS (Rack mount) 3Units DDP-Cocoa House & Swanzy Shopping Arcade, Accra, Whole Delivery Within Six (6) Weeks after Award of Contract GH¢10, 000.00

Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Ghana Cocoa Board, The Project
Coordinator, Cocoa Sector Institutional Support Project (COSISP). 1
st Floor, Cocoa House
(Room 109) and inspect the bidding document during office hours of 0900 to 1600 GMT at the
address given below.
5. The bidding document in ENGLISH may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the
submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable
fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢300.00). The method of payment will be Cash or
Banker-s draft in the name of Ghana Cocoa Board.
6. All Bids must be accompanied by the corresponding Bid Security as indicated in the table above
from a Reputable Bank in Ghana.
7. Bids must be delivered to the Procurement Department, 5
th Floor, Cocoa House (Room 502)
Accra on or before 28th October 2021. Electronic Bidding will
not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected.
8. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of bidders- designated representatives and anyone who
chooses to attend at on 28th October 2021 at the Board Room, 4th
Flour, Cocoa House (Room 406)
