FIVE (5) PAX OF One way-ticket + Bag: Legazpi-Manila-Bacolod dated August 30, 2019, AM Flight

ONE (1) PAX OF One way-ticket + Bag: Legazpi-Manila dated August 30, 2019, AM Flight

Please submit your quotation to the BAC, thru the BAC Secretary RUPERTO A. GENEROSO, JR. at DOT RO V Regional Center Site Rawis, Legazpi City, in duplicate copy placed in a sealed envelope or through email address bicol.dot@gmail.com, which shall be printed and shall be stamped thereon the date, time received.

The quotation received through sealed envelope or email must be received by the BAC Secretariat not later than Three (3) days from receipt thereon. All bids which are higher than the ABC shall be automatically disqualified.

The BAC reserve the rights to reject any and all bids submitted which is/are not in accordance with the specification and those submitted after the deadline.

BIDDERS MUST BE:

1. DOT accredited Tour Operator/service provider in Legazpi City

2. Handled tours and ticketing for international guests for TPB events

2. Accepts send bill arrangement

3. Quotation inclusive of VAT
