Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF 200 HEADS GOAT

1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 6 through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) of 2020 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos (Php3, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Supply & Delivery of 200 heads Goat. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DA RFO 6 now invites bids for the Procurement of Supply & Delivery of 200 heads Goat with the following specifications:

Description Quantity

Doe 150 heads

Buck 50 heads

Goat - Upgrade or cross Native and commonly raised imported (Anglo-Nubian, Alphine, etc.)

 Not less than 18 months but not more than 2 years of age

 Not less than 20 kilograms in live weight

 Without any physical defect and fit for breeding

 Vaccinated against Hemorrhagic Septicemia 3 months prior to delivery

 Dewormed 3 months prior to delivery with fecalysis result

 Tested negative for Caprine Arthritis Encep...
