Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Procurement of Supply and Installation of the Pokuase Bulk Supply Point (BSP) Substation.

Following extensive Clarification Responses, which are considered exceptional circum­stances, the Employer, at its sole discretion, amend the Bidding Documents to extend the deadline for the submission of Bids in accordance with Clauses 9 and 23 of the Instruc­tions to Bidders (TIB). Accordingly, the deadline for Bid submission is hereby extended from 27th September, 2018 to 11th October, 2018 at 10:00 am local time, to give prospective Bidders reasonable time to submit their Bids. The Bid validity period shall still be one hundred and twenty (120) days after the deadline for Bid submission as specified, consistent with ITB Clause 23.1 and accordingly, a Bid Se­curity that expires before 6th March, 2019, a date twenty-eight (28) calendar days after the end of the bid validity period of 8th February, 2019, shall be rejected as non-responsive. All rights and obligations of the Employer and Bidders previously subject to the deadline shall hereafter be subject to the deadline as extended.
