1. The Ogun State Water Corporation has received funds from the Agence Française de Développement (French Development Agency) towards the cost of Ogun Urban Water Supply Project. It is intended that part of the proceeds of these funds will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for Supply and Installation of Customer Billing System, Customer Relationship Management Systems and ancillary works for Ogun State Water Corporation Under Organizational Technical Assistance Project.
2. The Ogun State Water Corporation now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Supply and Install Customer Billing System, Customer Relationship Management Systems and ancillary works for Ogun State Water Corporation Under Organizational Technical Assistance Project (“the Goods”).
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of:

and inspect the Bidding Documents between the hours of 8:00am to 4:00pm Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays.
4. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of N25, 000 (Twenty- Five Thousand Naira Only) or its equivalent. The method of payment will be through Bank Draft in favor of:
Ogun Urban Water Supply Project. The Bidding Documents will be collected by the representative of the Bidder or by courier services on request.

5. The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract are the provisions of the Agence Française de Développement’s Bidding Documents for Procurement of Goods.

6. Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before 12:00 noon on 13th March 2020 and must be accompanied by bid security in the sum not less than of 2 % of the bidder’s total bid price.

7. Bids will be opened in public and in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 12:00 noon on 13th March 2020 at the office of Boardroom Ogun State Water Corporation Headquarter building, Oke-mosan, Abeokuta, Ogun State Nigeria. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as indicated in clause 6 above in Naira or equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency.

8. Qualification criteria are as follows:
• Evidence of previous similar task executed in the last 5 years.
• Audited Financial Statements for the last 3 years to demonstrate the financial capability of the Bidder in terms of Profitability and adequate working capital.
• Evidence of VAT registration.
A margin of preference for eligible national contractors shall not apply. Additional details are provided in the Bidding Documents.
