4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Programme Support Office, Qimate
Change Adaptation and Agribusiness Support Programme (IFAD - GASP), Oiusegun Obasanjo Drive, GRA P.M.B. 2168, Katsina, Nigeria, and inspect the bidding documents at the
address given below from 9:00am - 4:00pm Monday - Friday.

6. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English Language may be purchased by interested bidders on
the submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a non refundable fee of
N10, 000.00. The method of payment is through Remita to the PSO ISA Account. The Bidding Documents
will be physically received by the bidder.

7. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 15th April, 2019, 11.00 am Electronic bidding
will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders'
representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below on 1ST April, 2019 at 11.00 a.m. All
bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 2.5% of contract amounting Naira or an equivalent amount in a freely convert to be currency.
