The Department of Education-SDO Valenzuela City through Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) and its Secretariat, intents to procure the Procurement of Sports Equipment for Regional Athletic Meet 2024 through Section 53.9 (Negotiated Procurement-Small Value Procurement) of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184. Quotation above the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) shall be automatically disqualified.
