The lender Will be remaining floating date is starting from day the advertised on the Ethiopian herald and floating date is 30 day.
Somali Regional State prison Commotion invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of the deferent tips of equipment according above description to be completed within 30 calendars days.
Bill will be conducted in accordance with the open national tendering procedures contained in the public procurement proclamation of the Federal Government of Ethiopia and is open to all eligible bidders who are VAT registered at the same renewed license. For 2014EFY.
A complete set of biding documents prepared in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the bidders below and upon payment of none refundable fee of birr 300 (three hundred only) of payment will be in cash. During working hours (8:30am - 12:00 am) in the morning and 2:30 pm - 5:30 pm in the afternoon)
Bidders should submit separate technical and financial proposal enclosed in a wax sealed envelope clearly marked the project title and must be delivered to the address below on 30 days online calendars for procurement of the deferent tips of equipment according above description be completed within 30 calendars days. 3:30 PM (afternoon) NB: - If the bid opening ceremony date is not working day, the bid opening date will be next working day
All bidders must be accompanied by a bid security of birr 20, 000(twenty thousand) for all lots in the form of certified cheek (CPO) issued by a recognized Bank.
The bid opening ceremony will take place at Somali Regional State prison Commotion procurement Department Room late bides will be rejected. Qualification information and bid security of the bidders will be opened in the presence of bidders' legal representative who chooses to attend at the adders above on the final bid submission date and time for lots as stated above.
Somali Regional state prison Commotion reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the bid
