Dear Madam/Sir,

The MILLENNIUM CHALLENGE COMPACT (the “Compact”) between the United States of America, acting through the Millennium Challenge Corporation (“MCC”), a United States government corporation, and Georgia was signed on July 26, 2013. The $140 million Compact seeks to assist Georgia in addressing a major constraint to economic growth by supporting strategic investments in general education, technical and vocational education and training, and higher education that will strengthen the quality of education with an emphasis on science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) education and skills, in Georgia.
For the implementation of the Compact, the MCA-Georgia now seeks the Qualification Information from eligible Consultants for the Procurement of production services for 4 high quality, full HD, videos about the Compact II Close Out.
The objective of the Procurement of production services for 4 high quality, full HD, videos about the Compact II Close Out is to ensure wide dissemination of the achievements of MCA-Georgia. MCA-Georgia seeks to procure qualified film production/directing company services to produce four high definition video clips complementing the MCA-Georgia-s overall communications strategy. The videos will be spread through televisions, online social media, used during events, conferences, meetings.
The RfQI is open to all eligible entities (“Consultants”) who wish to respond. Please be informed that the Consultant for the implementation of the assignment will be selected under Selection Based on Consultants Qualification (CQS) method (Paragraph P1.B.3.7 of the MCC Program Procurement Guidelines available at MCC website www.mcc.gov).
The Qualification Information shall be delivered in sealed envelopes to the address given below by 3:00pm, March 26, 2019.
