The Municipality of San Francisco, Southern Leyte, through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers/manufacturers/distributors to apply for eligibility and to bid for the following items:

2. Customized separate design per official

a. Punong Barangay - white with blue at the side

b. Kagawad - white upperchest and blue below chest level

c. Secretary & Treasurer - pink color at the right shouder and the rest white

3. Cotton fabric

All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bids Security, Performance Security, Pre-bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post-qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
