Tenders are invited for Procurement of 1500 Pairs of Plastic Lockers and Chairs.

3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Prospective bidders must possess the under-listed documents to be eligible in this procurement:
i. Evidence of certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including Forms CAC2 and CAC7;
ii. Evidence of current Tax Clearance Certificate for the three (3) years-2016, 2017 and 2018, expiring on 31st December, 2019
iii. Evidence of current Pension Compliance Certificate Valid till 31st December 2019
iv. Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) compliance certificate valid till 31st December, 2019
v. Evidence of current Nigeria Social insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance certificate valid till 31st December, 2019
vi. Evidence of Registration on the National Database Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration report (IRR) expiring on 31/1/2020 or valid certificate issued by BPP
vii. Sworn Affidavit disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of the Federal Government College, Ukwolawo or the Bureau of Public Procurement is a former or Present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars;
viii. Company’s Audited Account for the last three Years (2016, 2017, 2018)
ix. Evidence of financial capability to execute the project by submission if Reference Letter from a reputable commercial bank in Nigeria, indicating willingness to provide credit facility for the execution of the project when needed;
x. Company’s profile with Curriculum Vitae of key staff to be deployed for the project including copies of their Academic/Professional Qualification: COREN, QSRBN, ARCON, CORBON etc.
xi. Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (30 similar executed in the last five (5) years including Letters of Awards, Valuation/Job Completion Certificate and Photographs of the projects
xii. List of Plants/Equipment with proof of Ownership/Lease;
xiii. For joint Venture/Partnership, Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) should be provided (CAC, Tax Clearance Certificate, Pension Compliance Certificate, ITF Compliance Certificate, NSITF Compliance Certificate, IRR & Sworn Affidavit are compulsory for each JV pratner)s
xiv. All documents for submission must be transmitted with a covering/forwarding letter under the Company/Firms Letter Head Bearing amongst others; the registration Numbers (RC) as issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), contact Address, Telephone Number (Preferably GSM No.), and e-mail address. The Letterhead paper must bear the Names and Nationalities of the directors of the Company at the bottom of the page, duly signed by the authorized officer of the firm.

4. COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Interested Bidders should pay the sum of N10, 000.00 per Lot, to the Federal Government College, Ugolawo’s Remita Account in any reputable Commercial Bank before the collection of bid document at the Principals’ office

5. SUBMISSION OF TENDERS DOCUMENTS
All duly completed Technical and financial bids (two sets of hard copies each and soft copy of financial bid only in MS Excel format) shall be submitted in two separated envelope having Name of Contractor, Project name /lot no and properly labelled for the Technical and Financial Bids respectively, both envelopes will be enclosed in larger envelope marked Category/Lot No/Technical and financial at the Top right corner and addressed to The Principal Government College, Ugwolawo. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should have the name and address of bidders. The bids shall be dropped in the tender box at the College.

Bidders are to ensure that they sign the submission register on submission of the bids. All submission must be done on or before 12:00 noon on Monday 18th November, 2019.

6. OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS
Only the technical bids will be publicly opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon on Monday, 18th November, 2019 at the schools CONFERENCE Room. Late submission will be returned un-opened

7. PLEASE NOTE THAT
All document submitted may be referred to appropriate quarter for verification authentication. Bidders should not bid for more than one (1) Lot. All cost will be borne by the bidders. All technical and financial bids packaged together in only one envelope before enclosing in the large envelope shall be disqualified.
This advertisement is only for information purpose and not an instrument of commitment or obligation on the part of the College to award the contracts. The college is not bound to consider and bid and reserve the right to reject all bids at any time or cancel the procurement proceedings in the interest of the public. All submission must be made in English language and signed by an official authorized by the bidders. Only pre-qualified bidders at technical evaluation will be contacted at a later date for financial bids opening, while financials bids of un-successful bidders will be returned un-opened.
