OYO STATE ROAD MAINTENANCE AGENCY, (OYSROMA), ELEYELE, IBADAN
INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST TO TENDER FOR PROCUREMENT OF PLANTS AND EQUIPMENT

1.0 The Oyo State Road Maintenance Agency (OYSROMA), Eleyele, Ibadan is inviting bidders to apply for the Pre-Qualification to undertake:

Procurement of Plants and Equipment for the use of the Agency.
2.0 PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Interested contractors are to submit the following requirements:
(i) Certification of Company’s registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission.
(ii) Evidence of Payment of Personal Income Tax by at least Two (02) Directors (incase of Limited Liability Companies) or by Sole Proprietor/Partners (in case of Enterprises).
(iii) Evidence of registration as Contractor/Supplier with Oyo State Bureau of Public Procurement.
(iv) Registration of Business Premises With Oyo State Ministry of Trade and Investment.
(v) Evidence of the Company’s Tax Clearance.
(vi) Evidence of payment of Government Development Levy.
(vii) Evidence of previous contracts/supplies executed and completed with verification of completion for the last five years.

3.0 NB
Please, note that:
(i) This advertisement is NOT an invitation to tender as full tendering procedures will apply only to bidders that have been successfully pre-qualified and found capable;
(ii) The Agency reserves the right to verify claim by the bidders;
(iii) Further clarification can be obtained from:

Ibadan.
(iv) No late submission under whatever guise will be entertained by the Agency shall not enter into any correspondence with any company or individual on why the Company/Individual was Pre-Qualified or not Pre- qualified;
(v) All cost incurred as a result of the pre-qualification invitation and any subsequent requests for information shall be borne by the Corresponding Company.

4.0 SUBMISSION OF COMPLETED PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS
All applications must be submitted in duplicates in sealed envelopes and shall be addressed and delivered to the address below on or before 2:00pm, 23 December, 2019
