Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Procurement of Patient Monitors for COVID-19 Treatment Units.

Bidding documents in English may be obtained on the submission of a written application to the address below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Uganda Shillings 100, 000 (Uganda Shillings one hundred thousand only) or the equivalent. The method of payment will be by direct deposit to the Uganda Revenue Authority Account in any Authorised Commercial Bank in Uganda. The bidders shall present the acknowledgement of payment before being issued with the bidding document.

Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(a) at or before 11:00am on 25th February, 2022. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Ugx. 54, 000, 000 (Uganda Shillings Fifty-Four Million Only) or equivalent. Bid securities must be valid until 12th August 2022. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders- representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) at 11:30am on 25th February, 2022.
