1. Issuance of Bid Docs -October 16, 2018 - November 7, 2018

2. Pre-Bid Conference - October 22, 2018 @ 2:30 PM @ ABC-s Office

3. Submission of Bid / Proposal - November 7, 2018 not later than 1:30 PM at the Office of the BAC Secretariat

4. Opening of Bids shall be @ 1:30 PM of November 7, 2018 at the Anda Municipal Building ABC-s Office

5. Evaluation of Bids - November 7, 2018

6. Post Qualification - November 12, 2018

7. Award to the winning bidder - November 13, 2018

8. Notice to proceed - November 15, 2018

9. Delivery Period -10 days

Prospective bidder / contractor upon submission of LOI shall pay a non-refundable P 1, 000.00 to the Municipal Treasurer Office as payment for bidding document.
