The City Government of Dapitan, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites interested parties to apply for eligibility and, if found eligible, to bid for the following contract:

Contract Name: Procurement of Office Supplies & Office Equipment

Purpose : For use in Dapitan City Health Office Social Hygiene Clinic

Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC): 55, 334.00 (inclusive of all applicable taxes



Prospective bidders should have expertise in undertaking a similar project within the last three (3) years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding. Bidders / Contractor-s shall submit their bids proposal & detailed estimates in two (2) separate sealed bid envelopes with corresponding label or name plate of each document as enumerated in the checklist and in the Instruction to Bidders. The eligibility check/screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary -œpass/fail- criteria. Post qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.



All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Evaluation of Bids, Post Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provision of RA 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

The City Government of Dapitan assumes no responsibility whatsoever compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of their bids. The City Government of Dapitan reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to annul the bidding process and rejects all bids at any time prior to award of contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder of bidders.
