FOR BERNARD LODGE SOUTH DEVELOPMENT
1. SCJ Holdings Limited (SCJH) invites sealed Bid from eligible Bidders for the above captioned procurement opportunity namely the Procurement of Motor and Pump for the Bernard Lodge South Development located in the Parish of Saint Catherine. The SCJH for the 2020-24 financial year, as one of its strategic objective, is to implement a number of projects to make the former sugarcane lands available to investors for productive activities.

2. To be eligible, Bidders be a local entities/representatives for the Procurement of Motor and Pump are required to be currently registered with the Public Procurement Commission in the following categories:

• Electrical Equipment, Parts and Supplies
• Agricultural Tools, Equipment Parts & Supplies
• Industrial, Construction, Equipment, Machinery, Parts and Supplies
possess a valid Tax Compliance Certificate/Letter and provide a Bid Security of Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Jamaican Dollars (J$250, 000.00).

Bid Collection Information: Bidding Documents can be collected from the Front Desk for a fee of Three Thousand Jamaican Dollars (J$3000) in the form of a Manager`s Cheque made payable to SCJ Holdings Limited or Cash at the above stated address as of Tuesday June 23, 2020, to July 7, 2020 between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m..

5. Bid Submission Information: Bids shall be delivered to the above address on or before Friday, July 24, 2020 by 12.00 noon and deposited in the Tender Box positioned at the Front Desk of the SCJ Holdings Limited located at the address above. Bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope and labelled:
