The Municipality of Jasaan, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites registered suppliers to apply for eligibility, and if found eligible to bid for the hereunder contract:

For contracts involving the Procurement of Milk Formula for Milk Feeding Program:



Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last state number of years, minimum 2 with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding. The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary -œpass/fail- criteria. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.



All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference(s), Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR).

The BAC Secretariat will issue to prospective bidders Eligibility Form & Bid Documents upon submission of a Letter of Intent, and payment a non-refundable amount of Five Hundred Pesos Only (Php 500.00), to the Municipal Treasurer/Cashier at Municipal Hall, Jasaan, Misamis Oriental.



The Municipal Government of Jasaan, Misamis Oriental assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bid. Moreover, the Municipality of Jasaan reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals, waive any formality in the bid requirements, declare bidding a failure, or award the contract to the bidder whose offer is the most responsive, lowest calculated bid, and most advantageous to the government.
