Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR

Procurement of Long Range Acoustic Device (LRAD) (Re-bid)



1. The Philippine National Railways, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for CY 2021 intends to apply the sum of Six Million and 00/100 Pesos (₱6, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Long Range Acoustic Device (LRAD). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.



2. The Philippine National Railways now invites bids for Procurement of Long Range Acoustic Device (LRAD). The Scope of works shall be supply, delivery and testing of Long Range Acoustic Device (LRAD). Completion of all works under the contract is required within One Hundred Eighty (180) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
