Quotations must be duly signed by the company-s authorized representative. A copy of the company-s PhilGEPS Registration Certificate together with the other documentary requirements should be attached to the proposal/quotation. SEALED Quotations must be submitted on or before September 6, 2024 before 5PM. Write the RFQ Reference number in front of your sealed envelope.
