Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Procurement of Information Solution (IS) Toners for the Year 2019.

Conditions:
? The tender is opened to all locally registered and licensed suppliers only;
? The bidders should have experience in supplying genuine toners to Government
Organisations/Departments or private companies (mandatory experience in relevant field of
at least 5 years);
? All bidders should be Vat registered;
? All pricing should be provided in Seychelles rupees (SR);
? All bidders must meet the eligibility criteria in the ITB;
? Specifications are included in Appendix III of the Price Schedules for Items.

The tender documents can be obtained from Mr. Dereck Volcy, Senior Procurement Officer of the
Financial Services Authority, Bois de Rose, Avenue, Roche Caiman, Mahe, Seychelles as from
Thursday 14th November, 2019 at 9a.m. The closing date for the collection of the tender’s dossier
shall be Friday 22nd November, 2019 at 12p.m.

Tenders must be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, National Tender Board, 1 st Floor, Maison de Mahe and submitted in a sealed envelope marked “TENDER FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF IS TONERS” and be placed in the tender box situated at the NATIONAL TENDER BOARD “NTB”, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA, not later than Thursday 28th November, 2019 at 10a.m. Tenders will be opened immediately after closing. Late bids will be rejected.
