Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Procurement of ICT equipment for «10 Schools of the Future» of the Kyrgyz Republic.

1. The Kyrgyz Republic has received financing from Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Strengthening Education System Sector Development Project. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the Contract named above. Bidding is open to bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

2. The Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic (the Purchaser), invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for supply of ICT equipment for «10 Schools of the Future» of the Kyrgyz Republic:
LOT 1 - Interactive Boards, Smart TVs, Video Projectors (ceiling mount) and Wall Screens for projectors;
LOT 2 - Tablets with a protective cover, Wi Fi Routers and Personal Computers;
LOT 3 - Installation of video control (CCTV).

The Bidders can bid for any single lot, or a combination of lots, and consequently the Purchaser will evaluate and compare Bids on the basis of a lot, or a combination of lots, or as a total of lots to arrive at the least cost combination for the Purchaser by taking into account discounts offered by Bidders in case of award of multiple contracts.

3. International Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB-s SingleStage: One-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Documents.

4. Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding:

(a) Minimum average annual turnover:

LOT 1 - Interactive Boards, Smart TVs, Video Projectors (ceiling mount) and Wall Screens for projectors - USD 801 000;

LOT 2 - Tablets with a protective cover, Wi Fi Routers and Personal Computers - USD 912 000;

LOT 3- Installation of video control (CCTV) - USD 368 000; calculated as total payments received by the Bidder for contracts completed or under execution over the last three (3) years.

(b) Contractual experience:

Successful completion as main supplier within the last five (5) years, of at least two (2) contracts valued at:
LOT 1 - USD 428 000;
LOT 2 - USD 486 000;
LOT 3 - USD 196 000;

With nature, and complexity similar to the scope of supply described in Section 6 (Schedule of Supply).

6. The Bidding Documents in English may be obtained by interested Bidders:

• in hard copy by paying a nonrefundable fee of KGS 500. The document may be sent by courier services upon payment of KGS 1000 for each set for local delivery and USD 100 for each set for international delivery.
