Tenders are invited for Procurement of Healthcare Delivery Services
To obtain the bid documents, kindly send an email to ng.procurement@nrc.no with the tender reference number as the subject of the email – 049/NRC-NOT/NG/2019 or visit our office facility – NRC Office Abuja at No: 69, 1st Avenue, Opposite Margaret Ekpo close Gwarimpa Abuja FCT (Close to Crush Cafe) between 8 November, 2019 and 21 November, 2019 which will be the deadline for submission of bid. Indicate the category (reference number) at the back of the sealed envelope.
All application/proposals should be submitted at
NRC Abuja Office No: 69, 1st Avenue, Opposite Margaret Ekpo close Gwarimpa Abuja FCT (Close to Crush Cafe).
Duly completed ITB (Invitation to Bid) documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the following information:
Category of service being bidded for with the corresponding reference number
In submitting bid, the bidder should provide Information demonstrating that it has the required and relevant experience to perform the required services.
Applications can be submitted at the above mentioned address within the stipulated time frame mentioned in this advertisement. Courier Service delivery, or in Person submission is also acceptable.
Tenders received by NRC after the deadline shall be considered late & shall be rejected & unopened. If the deadline specified herein falls on a government or NRC declared holiday or any unavoidable circumstances, the deadline shall be extended aromatically to the following working day.
