Description : HBs AG (rapid )/spot, test kit 1. Kit should be able to detect all the 11 sub types of HBsAg. 2. Antigen sensitivity should be less than or equal to 0.5 ng/ml. 3. Test should be one step, single and rapid Immunoassay. 4. Kit should follow Immunochromatography principle by using flowthrough or lateral flow technology. 5. Control and Test band or Spot should appear clear and perceptible for clear interpretation of result. 6. Kit should use see through device for easy result interpretation. 7. Shelf life should be at least 18 months at 2- 8oC. 8. Kit should comply with 100% sensitivity and 100% specificity.
