Tender Details

Procurement of conductor wires within framework sales contracts for a period of 36 (thirty-six) months. The contracts will be concluded for a maximum period of 36 (thirty-six) months until the limit quantity is exhausted - for the 28 (twenty-eight) parts, a total of 48, 315 (total limit quantity) - but not more than 36 (thirty-six) months.the requester undertakes to draw 50 (fifty) % of the total amount per part (the extent of the drawdown was determined by the Bidder with regard to the pace and quantity of the use of equipment necessary for patient care - based on the experience of previous contracts).

For all parts:

During the performance of the contract, the tenderer requests to provide the products with consignment placement for all parts (with a maximum of 50% of the annual quantity determined for each part). In the case of the Goods to be delivered, the sterility expiry date cannot be less than the minimum from the date of manufacturebb 12 (twelve) months, and at least 6 (six) months from the date of delivery.
