Bid Documents shall be available at the HS BAC Secretariat, Office of the Director Health Service Logistics Division, 3rd floor HS Building, Camp Crame, Quezon City from November 22, 2021 to December 13, 2021 to interested bidders upon payment on non-refundable amount. The pre-bid conference shall be held at the office of the Director Health Service Conference Room on December 1, 2021 at 8:30 AM.
