Procurement of Fuel, Oil and Lubricant (PAO)
INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF FUEL, OIL AND LUBRICANT
1. The Municipal Government of El Nido, through the ETDF 10% PAO- Non-Office, intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Forty Nine Thousand Three Hundred Pesos (a‚+/- 249, 300.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Fuel, Oil and Lubricant for the Municipal Mayor-s Office. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of El Nido now invites bids for the following:

Delivery of the Goods is required Thirty (30) days. Bidders should have completed contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the -œGovernment Procurement Reform Act-.
4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Municipal Government of El Nido and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below or at the BAC Secretariat from 8:00 AM-12:00 NN and 1:00 PM-5:00 PM.
5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders from the BAC Secretariat and upon payment of a non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of Five Hundred Pesos (P 500.00).
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 9:00 AM on July 25, 2018. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18.
Bid opening shall be on July 25, 2018 at 3:30 PM at the Farmer's Information and Technology Services (FITS) Center, Municipal Building, El Nido, Palawan. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or his/her representatives who choose to attend at the given venue. Late bids shall not be accepted.
7. The Municipal Government of El Nidoreserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
