Tenders are invited for Procurement of Food Rations for Princess Marina Hospital, in Gaborone for a Period of 24 Months

TThe physical address for collection of Tender Documents is Princess Marina Hospital, Supplies Department.
• Documents may be collected during working hours between 0800 hours and 1230 hours and from 1400 hours to 1600 hours, Monday to Friday from 14th April, 2020.

• A non-refundable fee of P250.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty Pula only) payable in cash Princess Marina Hospital in Gaborone, Plot No. 1836, Hospital Way at Revenue Office (Hospital Patients Reception) and is required to collect the Tender Documents after payment. Youth companies would purchase the tender at half price provided they produce documents verifying that they are youth companies.

• Queries or clarifications relating to the issuance of these documents may be addressed in writing no later than fourteen (14) days before the tender closing date to: L. Maretele, Email: lmaretele@gov.bw, Telephone No. (+267) 3621447, Fax No. (+267) 3973776.

• Queries raised after the closing date and time of the tender would not be considered.
