Tenders are invited for Procurement of Equipment for Fishery Inspection.

Note: This is repeated Request for Bids, originally published on August 30, 2018, under ref.no.
MNE-AF_MIDAS-TF0A1293-ICB-G-18-2.2.13. Each prospective Bidder who already
purchased bidding documentation under above ref. number, will receive new bidding document
free of charge.
1. The Montenegro has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of Second
Institutional Development and Agriculture Strengthening Project, and intends to apply
part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of Equipment
for fishery inspection.
2. The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development now invites sealed bids from
eligible bidders for Procurement of equipment for fishery inspection through following
Lots: Lot 1 - Optical equipment, Lot 2 - Vessels and engines and Lot 3 - Solar panels.
3. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a
Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank-s “Procurement Regulations for
IPF Borrowers” Procurement Regulations for Investment Project Financing (IPF)
Borrowers-, issued in July 2016 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible
Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Technical Service Unit,
Mirko Ljesevic, email: mirko.ljesevic@mif.gov.me and inspect the bidding document
during office hours (8, 00h to 14, 00h, local time) at the address given below.
5. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the
submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a
nonrefundable fee of 100EUR, upon the submission of a written application and proof of
payment of a nonrefundable fee of 100, 00EUR on the account 832-1191-19, to the email
address below. Interested bidders may obtain further information at the same address.
The bidding document will be sent by e-mail.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before November 09, 2018, 11, 00h.
Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be
publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders- designated representatives and anyone
