Notice is hereby given to all interested/prospective bidders that the Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges through the Bids and Awards Committee has the following procurement that will be done through ALTERNATIVE METHODS OF PROCUREMENT (Negotiated Procurement), to wit:

Procurement of Equipment for Engineering Classrooms at Green Building 500, 000.00 Negotiated Procurement

Interested bidders may obtain further information from the College and request a copy of the price quotations at the address given below from 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon and 1:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. starting August 15 to August 23, 2018.

Duly accomplished price quotations with attached documentary requirements must be delivered / returned to the address below on or before 5:00 o-clock PM of August 23, 2018.

Opening of sealed quotations shall be on August 24, 2018 at 9:30 A.M. at the Board Room, Administration Building, Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges, Nabua, Camarines Sur.
