Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Procurement of Electrical Transformers at designated Communities in Ejigbo.

BID SECURITY: 1% Contract Sum

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT
(1) Covering letter duly signed by the Company’s authorized Signatory indicating the area of interest.
(2) Certificate of incorporation/Registration with CAC/Registration with ELCDA.
(3) Company’s Audited Accounts for 2017, 2018 & 2019.
(4) Copy of Company’s Tax Clearance consecutively for the last 3 years.
(5) Performance bond from a reputable Financial Institution.
(6) Evidence of registration with Lagos State Public Procurement Agency.
(7) Evidence of Technical & Financial Capability to execute the project.
(8) Evidence of previous job done for the Government (similar experience).
(9) Radio & Television license receipt (Current Year).

Bidding will be conducted through methods prescribed by the Lagos State Public Procurement laws according to the thresholds of the itemized contracts and Special Condition of Contract which will be contained in the standard bidding documents.

A Complete Set of Standard Bidding Document in English Language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 025, 000:00 (Twenty Five Thousand Naira Only).

SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS
All categories should be dropped in the bid box located in the Procurement Office not later than 2weeks from the date of this publication date between 9am and 4pm daily (i.e. 31, March 2020). Bid Opening will commence immediately.

All bids must be accompanied with bid security of 1 % of the bidded Contract Form.
