Tenders are invited for Procurement of Drone/Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Systems (UAV/UAS) and Training Solution

The Forestry Department now invites bids from eligible and qualified Contractors, registered in the category of Information Technology and/or Computer & Related Services to supply and deliver drone/ unmanned aerial vehicle systems and training solutions for the Forest Science & Technology Services Division at the Forestry Department at 173 Constant Spring Road, Kingston 8
Bidders must possess a valid Tax Compliance Letter and must be registered with the Public Procurement Commission (PPC), formerly National Contracts Commission (NCC).
Interested eligible bidders may obtain detailed information from the Government of Jamaica Electronic Procurement (GOJEP) Platform at www.gojep.gov.jm and request for clarification should be sent via the same platform.
Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 days after bid closing and shall be submitted/uploaded to the GOJEP platform on or before December 30, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. Bidders will be unable to upload their bids if the bid submission deadline has passed as late Bids will automatically be rejected by the system.
Bids will be opened electronically on December 30, 2020 at 11:30 a.m. via the GOJEP platform.
