INVITATION TO BID
The Municipality of Manukan, Province of Zamboanga del Norte invites sealed bids from interested bidders for the supply and delivery of Construction Materials for use in the Fabrication / Installation of Early Warning Signs with Approved Budget for the Contract of PhP97, 700.00.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening. Prospective bidders must have completed a similar single contract in the last two (2) years with a value of at least 50% of the ABC. The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the Eligibility Check/Screening as well as in the Preliminary Examination of Bids.

3. Receipt of Eligibility, Technical & Financial Requirements March 5, 2019 (9:00am)
4. Receipt and Opening of Bids March 5, 2019 (9:00am)
Interested bidders may obtain further information from the LGU-BAC of Manukan, Province of Zamboanga del Norte. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by the interested bidders on or before March 1, 2019 from the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee for the bidding documents in the amount of PhP400.00.
The bidder may request that the Bid Documents be sent to them by mail or courier, and for this, the bidder shall pay the amount in Philippine Peso to cover the cost of mail or courier delivery.
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 9:00 A.M. of March 5, 2019 at the BAC Conference Hall, Municipality of Manukan, Province of Zamboanga del Norte. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any form stipulated in RA 9184.
Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders- representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted. The deadline for the submission of bids must not be later than 9:00 AM, March 5, 2019. The opening of bids will proceed immediately after the time set for the deadline of submission of bids as indicated above.
The Municipality of Manukan reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders. The Invitation to Bid is not an integral part of the bidding document.
