3. Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the IFAD’s Procurement Handbook 2010 and Procurement Guidelines: of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Program Management Unit, Ministry of Agriculture Annex, University of Liberia Campus, Fendell; Project Coordinator and inspect the bidding documents during office hours 0900 to 1600 hours, Monday through Friday at the address given below

A complete set of bidding documents in English will be sent to interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below. An electronic copy of the bidding document will be sent to each applicant free of charge only for those who submit written application letters. However, bidders are required to submit hard copies of their bids to the address mentioned below. Electronic submission will not be accepted.

All bids must be accompanied by the following:
• A bid security in the amount of 2% of the bid price and must be in the form of a Bank
Guarantee
• A current Business Registration Certificate
• An evidence of Tax Payment Clearance
• Evidence of completion of contract of similar nature
