Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Procurement of Centenary City Primary Infrastructure Works at Centenary Economic City Free Zone (Cecfz) through Engineering-Procurement-Construction (Epc) Contract.

Only companies with satisfactory Technical Proposals will be have their financial bids opened. Proposals and Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond of not more than 1% of the bid sum. The Bids will be uploaded to the Employer online on
or before 12 noon on October 30, 2020 through Employer-s designated file sharing platform which will be communicated. Only Tenders received up to 12 noon on October 30, 2020 will be considered and opened on the same day at 1400 hours at Centenary City Sales Centre, Centenary Economic City Free Zone, Along Airport Road, Wawa District, FCT, Abuja The Employer may at their discretion extend the date for receiving tender. Tenders received after the aforesaid tjme and date or the extended time and date, if any, will not be considered and will be returned unopened to the Tenderer.

FEE- NON-REFUNDABLE
Payment of a non-refundable fee of Two Thousand US Dollars (USD 2000) or Seven Hundred and Sixty Thousand Naira only (N760.000.00) through a bank draft payable to the Centenary City Free Zone Enterprise as evidence of payment is required to collect security code for downloading of Bidding Documents.
