1. The Municipal Government of Marabut, through its 5% Gender and Development Fund, CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Twenty-Three Thousand Two Hundred Pesos (₽ 323, 200.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Catering Services and Hotel Accommodation Package for Enhancement Training for LGU Officials and Employees on GAD Planning and Mainstreaming with contract number PB-2024-11-04. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
