Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Procurement of Bindery Textbooks.

Prospective Companies should possess the following documents:

(1) Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission
(2) Duly signed Company Memorandum and Articles of Association by CAC.
(3) Tax clearance receipt/Certificate for the last three (3) years
(4) List of verifiable, similar projects completed/ on-going within the last three (3) years with completion certificates and / or award letters
(5) Company profile including details of key personnel and staff strength.
(6) Evidence of Compliance with Pension Reform Act.
(7) Evidence of Compliance with the 8th July, 2019 Industrial Training Fund Amendment Act, 2011.

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
Firms that intend to bid are required to pay a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Naira (N10, 000) only at the cash office of the University and obtain official receipt. A photocopy of the receipt is to be attached to the financial bid.

COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
The tender documents can be collected at the Office of the Chief Procurement Officer of the University at the Main Campus from Monday 15 July, 2019 to Monday 29 July, 2019.

SUBMISSION OF BIDS
All bids should be addressed to the Registrar, Yusuf Maitama Sule University, P.M.B 3220, Kano, and submitted before 12.00 noon on Monday 19 August 2019.

OPENING OF BIDS
Opening of the received bids will commence at 12:30 pm on Monday 19 August 2019 at the Registrar’s Conference Room, Main Campus. Interested stakeholders are invited to witness the opening.

The Yusuf Maitama Sule University, Kano, reserves the right to invoke the provision of Section 23 of the Public Procurement Act 2007 on the matters regarding these procurements without incurring any liability to the bidder.
