Tenders are invited for Procurement and Installation of Solar Panel Inverters, Hybrid Batteries with Solar Inverters for Trimming Project Office/Residences and Hydrometry Observation Station at Sokoto Rima Basin Development Authority and Hadejia Jama’are River Basin Development Authority.
Further to the advertisement on the subject mentioned above, placed on national dailies and on the United National Development Business (UNDB) Online of Thursday, September 19, 2019 in Daily Trust and the Guardian Newspapers, kindly take note of the following amendments.
ITB 22.1 and 25.1 of the issued Bidding Document has now been extended by one week, starting from the initial submission deadline of Thursday 17th October, 2019. The final closing date for the submission and opening of bids is now Thursday 24th October, 2019 and not 17th October, 2019 as earlier published.
Additional information has also been provided to the TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION FOR PART 1B –Hybrid Solar Inverter (office/Residential) of the Documents based on the clarifications sought by bidders. Furthers details are provided in the amended document which will be communicated directly to all bidders who gave already indicated interest and those who are intending to do so in due course.
Bids will be public opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address stated in the bidding documents on 12;00 hours (Local time) on 24th October, 2019
