Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Procurement of 3000 Streetlights.

The tender is opened to locally licensed and registered companies/suppliers only. All pricing should be provided in Seychelles Rupees (SR). All the above goods are to be delivered at SLTA-s Office, Zone 20, within a period of 3 months after the signing of contract Successful supplier will have to ensure that delivery is made as per Delivery Schedule set by SLTA. ACCESSTO TENDER DOSSIER: The tender Dossiers can be obtained from the SLTA-s office at Huteau Lane as of Friday 28th February 2020 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of SR 150.00 each and deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be Thursday 05th March 2020 not later than 3:00 pm. PRE-BID MEETING:A mandatory pre-bid meeting has been organized on Friday 06th March 2020 at 1:30pm and the meeting place will be at SLTA-s Office, Huteau Lane. Failure to attend the meeting will result in the disqualification of the bidder. SUBMISSION OF TENDERS: TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “PROCUREMENT OF STREETLIGHTS” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIANO LATER THAN 10:00 AM ON TUESDAY 10TH MARCH 2020.TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:00 AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.
