Tenders are invited for Procurement of 2 NOS 4 X 4 Wheel Drive Station Wagon.

Bidders may bid for any one or more lots and discounts offered for the award of combined lots will be considered in bid evaluation.

2. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB), procedure specified in the National IFAD Procurement Guidelines. This bid is open to all bidders in the Country as defined in the Guidelines

3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
1. Evidence of Certificate of incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including form CAC 2 and CAC7
2. Evidence of Company Income Tax clearance certificate for the last three (3) year 2017, 2018 & 2019) valid till 31st December, 2020
3. Evidence of current Pension Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December 2020
4. Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2020
5. Evidence of current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2020
6. Company’s Audited Accounts for the last three (3)years 2017/2018/2019
7. Evidence of financial capability to execute the project by submission of Reference Letter from a reputable commercial bank in Nigeria indicating willingness to provide credit facility for the execution of the procurement when needed.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the National Project Coordinator, Livelihood Improvement Family Enterprises – Niger Delta (LIFE-ND) Project and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below, between the hours of 10.00 am to 4.00pm Mondays to Fridays, except on public holidays.

A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee N100, 000.00 One Hundred Thousand Naira only). The method of payment will be by certified Bank Draft in Favor of IFAD assisted Livelihood Improvement Family Enterprise (NPCO-LIFE-AND). The Bidding Documents can be collected by the representative of the Bidder on request.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 10:00 am local time on Tuesday 7th April, 2020. Late bids will be projected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ or representatives, who choose to attend at the address below on 7th April, 2020 at 10.00am local time. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of as stated in the table above in local currency.
