NOTE: BY ORDERING AGREEMENT

Registered prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking similar single project within the last two (2) years with amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding for non expendable supplies and 25% for expendable supplies, in case applicable. The eligibility check/screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria.
