Description : Bergen Municipality needs a tool/programme that can read in information from EHF invoices and categorise product lines in a hierarchy system (preferably UNSPSC). The aim of this notice is to get feedback from relevant suppliers that offer systems that can meet our needs.

Prior to the announcement of the tender, Bergen Municipality would like to have a dialogue with relevant actors who can offer systems that meet Bergen Municipality's needs. Feedback, etc., and a description of the offered systems must be sent via the communication module in Mercell, preferably by Monday 23 August.
