1. The Benin Office of the African Development Bank hereinafter called "ADB" or "the Bank" hereby invites eligible companies or groups of companies to express their interest in the various lots below.

The following are eligible: enterprises or groupings of enterprises constituted in accordance with the legislation of a member country of the AfDB, the majority of whose share capital is held by nationals of member countries of the Bank and having their principal center of activities in one of these member countries, the list of which is provided at www.afdb.org .
