The City Government of Tacloban, through the BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE (BAC) shall be contracting by Negotiated Procurement for PRINTING SERVICES for use of the CMO-MIS PR# 2019-1126 dated 05/21/19 with a total Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) of Fifty-Two Thousand Pesos & 00/100 (Php52, 000.00) only.

The above-mentioned item is a Negotiated Procurement -intended for the official function of the requisitioning office, as stated on their Purchase Request.

All Interested Suppliers shall be required to submit a proposal to the BAC Office, Balyu-an Livelihood Training Center, City Hall, Tacloban City, on or before August 27, 2019 10:00 AM. Opening of quotation shall be held at 2:00 PM of the same day.
