REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR PRE?QUALIFICATION OF PRINTING,

PUBLICATION AND DESIGN (REPORTS, MAGAZINES, BROCHURES, CALENDARS, STICKERS, BUSINESS CARDS, IDS ETC…) SUPPLY OF PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS LIKE T-SHIRTS, HATS, FLAGS, BANNERS etc… FOR ACTIONAID IN 2019.

Actionaid Rwanda (AAR) is an Associate Member of Actionaid International, an anti?poverty agency working with poor. The organisation has been working in Rwanda as a full?fledged Country Programme since 1997 to contribute towards eradication of poverty and injustices with a focus on tackling the root causes of poverty.

Actionaid Rwanda is inviting qualified, reputable suppliers and service providers to submit their proposals for PRINTING, PUBLICATION AND DESIGN (REPORTS, MAGAZINES, BROCHURES, CALENDARS, STICKERS, BUSINESS CARDS, IDS ETC…) SUPPLY OF PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS LIKE T-SHIRTS, HATS, FLAGS, BANNERS FOR ACTIONAID in 2019.

The purpose of this Request for Expression of Interest is to short list legally registered service providers with pre?requisite qualifications to be considered for contractual purposes to handle the full range of services as listed below for the Actionaid activity needs in Rwanda in 2019.

Actionaid Rwanda reserves the right to reject all Expressions of Interest not fulfilling requirements associated with this request. Actionaid Rwanda will in no case be responsible or liable for any and all costs associated with the preparation and submission of Expressions of Interest.

The expression of interests should reflect the documentation as per the example below:

“EOI for Production and Printing Services” Company profile; Trade license in the field of production and printing services, VAT Registration and Tax Clearance Certificate; proof of experience and Evidence of financial capabilities.

The well typed “Expressions of interest Documents” with a clear indication of the services you are applying for, enclosed in Kaki sealed envelopes should be submitted to Actionaid International Rwanda Country Director, not later than by 26 October 2018 at 12h00.

Service Providers of various Insurances (Vehicle, Medical, Life Insurance …) are requested to contact Administration for relevant details for purposes of quotation. Submission of tenders without financial quotations will not be considered in this regard.
