Tenders are invited for Printing of Monitoring and Evaluation Tools.
With funding from the Global fund, Family Health International (FHI360) is collaborating with Achieving Health Nigeria Initiative (AHNi) to support the government of Nigeria to enhance sustained cross-sectional integration of HIV/AIDS services by building Nigeria’s capacity to deliver sustainable high quality, comprehensive, prevention, treatment, care and related services in Nigeria.
Achieving Health Nigeria Initiative is inviting qualified and interested companies to submit sealed quotations to print Monitoring and Evaluation Tools.

MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS AND AWARD CRITERIA
TENDER REQUIREMENTS:
1. Company Profile; registered address(s), official/functional emails, telephone numbers and point of contact for the company
2. Evidence of legal registration document of the company (CAC, Form CO7 and Form CO2)
3. Tax Clearance Certificate for 2016, 2017 and 2018
4. Evidence of Financial Capability (most recent audited account)
5. Bank Reference Letter duly addressed to AHNi Procurement Committee
6. Evidence of Registration with Professional & Regulatory Bodies such as CIPPON, etc.
7. Evidence of experience in award(s) of similar scope and complexity within the last 3 years; Bidders must provide copy (ies) of Job Orders and proof of delivery (ies)
8. Financial Quotation and required commercial terms
EVALUATION AND SELECTION CRITERIA
Bidders must ensure that all requested information above are included in the submission. Proposals will be evaluated based on completeness and conformity to the tender requirement listed (Quality, Delivery Leadtime Price Competition, Payment Terms and Warranty Provision). To ensure AHNi get value for money, selected supplier(s) will be required to submit physical sample(s) of fully printed tools for evaluation and shall form part of the final selection process.
SUBMISSION PROCEDURE AND INSTRUCTIONS
Technical documentation and Financial quotation MUST be separated, signed by the authorized representative and in sealed envelopes. Your submission must be marked with the tender Reference Number. Completed tender documents should be addressed and submitted in hard copy to: “The Procurement Committee, Achieving Health Nigeria Initiative (AHNi), GODAB Plaza, Plot 1073 J.S. Tarka Street, Area 3, Garki, Abuja.

AHNi is Value Added Tax (VAT) exempted but debuts Withholding Tax (WHT) in compliance with relevant Nigeria Tax Laws;
Deliveries – these tools will be delivered to thirty-three (33) States of the Federation and must be taken into consideration when quoting;
Interested bidder must have a fully setup and functional printing press with requisite printing equipment and staff to be eligible;
Interested bidders must possess the ability and capacity to warehouse fully printed materials for a period of one (1) month;
All proposal documents submitted including price must be valid for six (6) months from the Tender due date. This includes but not limited to cost, terms and conditions and service level agreement.
