Pre-qualifications are invited for Printing (e.g. branding, lamination, photocopies, etc.) and branding services (e.g. branding on T-shirt, cups, face caps, training materials, roll up banners, poster etc.).
Heartland Alliance International is requesting interested and qualified companies that meet below requirement to submit the required documents (see No 3 below) for registration as vendors. The intent of this publication is to register and pre-qualify vendors.
Interested and reputable organization in Abuja, Lagos, Cross River, Rivers, Akwa Ibom, Benue, Nassarawa, and Maiduguri with relevant experience in the following areas below are to express interest
Vendors may apply for more than one (1) category as long as corporate registration documents legally authorize the vendor to do so and there are verifiable references to support claim.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Evidence of company registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
Company profile, including name, verifiable address, telephone numbers, email address and organization’s administrative structure where applicable
Verifiable list of similar jobs successfully executed in the past (inclusion of letters of award and completion certificate where applicable)
Reference letters with email addresses and phone numbers
Evidence of bank account in the name of the company/business entity (or Letter of Bank creditability of the vendor-company, from the bank)
Tax clearance certificate or Evidence of Tax remittance to the relevant authority/ Provision of Tax Identification Number (TIN)
Evidence of registration with relevant Professional Body where applicable
Vendors who are currently providing services/supply must re-apply with all of the documentation attached as mentioned above
PREQUALIFICATION GUIDE:
Interested companies/business entities applying for prequalification should note the following:
Heartland Alliance International reserves the right to reject any or all pre-qualification submission if it fails to meet the criteria or submitted after the stipulated closing date
Response to this invitation exercise should not be construed as a commitment on the part of Heartland Alliance International nor shall it entitle any company to make any claims whatsoever and seek any indemnity from the organization.
SUBMISSION OF PREQUALIFICATION DOCUMENT:
All pre-qualification documents must be signed by authorized representative of the company and well-sealed, LOT No applying for clearly written on the envelope before submission.
All documents must be registered before submitting on or before Monday 8th April 2019 by 5:00 PM prompt.
