Prequalifications are invited for Printed Stationery (e.g Receipt Books, Graduation Booklets, Voucher Books, Meal Coupons e.t.c.

4) Pre-qualification and placement on Framework contract will be conducted in accordance with the procedures contained in the Government of Uganda’s Public procurement and disposal of assets Act 2003 and the exercise is open to all eligible bidders. 5) Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the pre-qualification/ bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from the Procurement and Disposal unit office. 6) (a)A complete set of Pre- qualification documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on request upon payment of a non- refundable fee of UGX.50, 000 per individual Item. (b) The Bidding documents in English for Placement on Framework contract may be purchased by interested bidders on request upon payment of non-refundable fee of UGX.100, 000 for Maize flour (Posho) and Beans and UGX.70, 000 per individual item for the rest of the items.
